Shore Chan DePumpo LLP is pleased to announce additions to its partnership. Eve L. Henson has joined the Firm as a Partner and Jennifer M. Rynell has been named a Partner of the Firm.

Shore Chan DePumpo LLP is a veteran team of trial lawyers and intellectual property attorneys with a proven record of handling the most complex and demanding matters, both in commercial litigation and intellectual property licensing and enforcement.

With eighteen years of experience as a trial lawyer, Ms. Henson has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in matters involving patent infringement, business torts, wrongful death and catastrophic injury. In fact, she was one of a team of lawyers whose work for their client led to the largest patent verdict in history ($1.67 Billion). She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts throughout the country, and her clients have included various Fortune 500 companies, prominent universities, a foreign country's research organization, as well as individuals and families. To this end, she adds further depth to the Firm's already solid team of experienced trial lawyers.

In her eleven years of practice, Ms. Rynell has litigated complex, multi-party patent infringement cases as well as other federal and state cases ranging from general business disputes, insurance coverage, personal tort and hospitality-related matters. She has successfully represented clients from across the globe. Ms. Rynell's significant representations include the Board of Regents for the University of Texas, California Institute of Technology, University of Virginia Patent Foundation, Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan and the State University of New York. She also has appellate experience with the Federal Circuit in the context of patent appeals and writs of mandamus. Recognizing her expertise in large-scale litigation and her contributions to the Firm in the past six years, the Firm is proud to include her among its partners.
